Chauffeur Service
The vehicle is only half of what you're booking. The other half is the person driving it — and UNO treats the chauffeur as the actual product, not an interchangeable part.
| Model | Dedicated chauffeur per reservation |
| Vehicle | Black Chevrolet Suburban |
| Coverage | Miami, Fort Lauderdale & Boca Raton |
Ask most people what they’re paying for when they book a black car, and they’ll say “the SUV.” That’s true, but incomplete. What actually determines whether a trip goes well — whether the pickup is on time, whether the route accounts for the causeway backing up, whether the ride feels calm instead of stressful — is the person behind the wheel. UNO’s chauffeur service treats that as the core of the offering, not an afterthought to the vehicle.
What “chauffeur” means here, specifically
We use the word deliberately instead of “driver.” A chauffeur’s job includes the driving, but it also includes the parts around it: knowing the difference between the passenger drop-off and the departures curb at each terminal, timing a route through Brickell at rush hour versus midday, and handling the small logistics — door, luggage, a quiet cabin — without being asked. It’s a service orientation, not just a transportation function.
One vehicle, one standard
Because UNO runs one black Chevrolet Suburban standard rather than a large mixed fleet, the chauffeur standard doesn’t get diluted across a roster of contractors driving their own personal cars. The chauffeur assigned to your trip is driving a vehicle UNO maintains and stands behind, which is a different arrangement than a marketplace app connecting you to whoever’s nearest.
If reliability and a known standard of service matter more to your trip than picking from a menu of vehicle types, that’s the case for chauffeur service over the alternatives. Tell us your pickup details at RideUNO.com and we’ll take it from there.

Questions about chauffeur service
What's the difference between a chauffeur and a rideshare driver?
A rideshare driver is matched to you algorithmically for a single trip and may be doing this part-time between other work. A chauffeur is committed to your reservation specifically — the trip is planned, not improvised, and the vehicle and driver are known quantities before you get in.
Can I request the same chauffeur for return trips?
Ask us when you request your quote. We'll do what we can to accommodate it, though it depends on scheduling for the specific dates involved.
Is gratuity included?
Ask us directly when you book — we'd rather confirm this with you than guess at an answer here.
