Transportation tied to event schedules there is a distinct and recurring part of demand in the city, layered on top of the steady residential and beachfront traffic along the coast rather than replacing it.

Sitting just off I-95 in southern Broward, Hallandale Beach is a short, straightforward run to Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport — close enough that it functions as one of the more convenient airport-adjacent locations in this part of the county, whether the trip starts at a condo tower, the racetrack, a restaurant, or somewhere in between.
